הנני מוכנה לקבל אך ורק אנשים רצינים ואחראיים וזאת מכיוון שהם צריכים לעבוד במוסדות חינוך מה שדורש להגיע בזמן (כי אם לא אותו בית ספר לא יוכל להפתח) לא לעזוב את העבודה באמצע ללא כל אישור ולגלות אחריות לגביי כל דבר שאינו בשיגרת יומו של המאבטח. אני צריכה גם אנשים שיש להם נכונות גבוהה לעבודה מכיוון שיש הרבה אירועים חיצונים שלא שייכים לבתי הספר שאנו עובדים בהם כגון: יום הזיכרון, יום העצמאות ואירועים נוספים שהעירייה מזמינה.
