גבר בן 30 נפצע בינוני מדקירות בפלג גופו העליון בעכו. הוא הגיע לתחנת מד"א בעיר, שם טופל ואחר כך פונה לבית החולים בנהריה. הרקע לאירוע אינו ברור, והמשטרה פתחה בחקירה.
